Home Health

The medical center offers home health care services with care being coordinated by professional case managers between staff, physicians, clients, and family. These physician ordered visits promote, maintain, and restore health to our patients all within the comforts of their own home. A few of the services provided by home health include health assessments, dietary counseling, wound care, muscle strengthening.
